What’s going to happen to the Playstation brand in light of the PSN hacking incident?

This isn’t just an issue about console sales or which system is better, in an age where it is all too easy to steal someones identity, to have a high profile company like Sony, make such a HUGE mistake, is bad news. Yeah, they got hacked, but they are just as responsible for not making sure that they were secure. This breach has the potential to do untold millions of $$$$ in damage and they hid it from the public for almost a week. Then all they did was send out a lousy email, and not everyone even got it. The article was right in saying that the longer Sony waits before publicly owning up to this debacle the worse it’s going to get for them.
